Introduction

Webfactorz is a digital services brand operated by SEA SAPPHIRE TRADING FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates, providing services globally. By using the AI Visibility Audit tool available at visibility.webfactorz.com (the "Tool"), you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document:

• Webfactorz / Company: SEA SAPPHIRE TRADING FZ-LLC and its representatives.
• User: The individual or entity using the Tool.
• Tool: The free Webfactorz AI Visibility Audit tool.
• Audit and Report: The automated analysis of a page entered by the User, and the results it produces.
• Action Plan Request: The form the User may submit after an audit to ask Webfactorz to get in touch.
• Third-Party Services: Services provided by external parties (hosting, Telegram, Google Sheets, etc.).

The Audit Tool

The Tool is free and fully automated. When you enter a page address, the Tool fetches that page and its related public files (such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt and other AI discovery files) at the moment of your request and applies fixed, rule-based checks to them. The Tool does not rely on guesswork or a language model to produce its score.

The page is assessed across four categories: Technical Accessibility & Crawlability, Structured Data & Machine Understanding, Content & Answer Readiness, and Authority & Trust Signals (E-E-A-T). Each category receives a score and a status (Pass, Warning or Fail) based on fixed criteria rather than personal judgement.

Nature of the Results

The results are automated readiness signals only. They measure observable technical, structural, content and trust signals that may support how AI engines discover and use your content. They are not a guarantee, prediction or direct measurement of whether your content will appear in, or be cited by, AI-generated answers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Tool lawfully and to:

• Enter only addresses of publicly accessible pages.
• Not attempt to use the Tool to reach private, internal or restricted systems.
• Not overload, disrupt or attempt to bypass the usage limits of the Tool.

Webfactorz may limit the number of requests, or block requests that appear abusive, to keep the Tool available for everyone.

Action Plan Requests

Submitting an Action Plan Request is a request for Webfactorz to contact you about your audit result. It does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. Package descriptions and recommendations shown in the Tool are indicative. Any engagement, including its scope and pricing, is agreed separately and in writing.

Third-Party Services

The Tool relies on third-party services (hosting, messaging and spreadsheet tools, libraries, APIs). Webfactorz is not responsible for:

• Pricing or policy changes by third-party service providers.
• Outages or disruptions to third-party services.
• Decisions or restrictions imposed by external platforms.

Intellectual Property

• The Tool, its scoring method and the layout of its reports are the property of Webfactorz.
• You keep all rights to your own website and content. You may use the report for your own website and internal purposes.
• Copying or reselling the Tool itself requires Webfactorz’s prior written consent.
• Open-source libraries and tools remain subject to their original licenses.

Availability & Changes

The Tool is provided free of charge and “as is”. Webfactorz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or discontinue the Tool or any of its features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfactorz is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit or business losses arising from the use of, reliance on, or unavailability of the Tool or its results.

Force Majeure

Webfactorz is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or major technical disruptions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will first be pursued through amicable resolution; failing that, it will be referred to the competent courts in the UAE.

Amendments

Webfactorz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
