• The page address you enter to run an audit.
• If you submit the Action Plan Request form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, notes (optional), the audited page address and its results (overall and category scores), your selected package, and your language.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to apply usage limits, and may also appear in our hosting provider’s server logs.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Running your audit and showing you the results.
• Responding to your Action Plan Request and contacting you about it.
• Keeping the Tool secure and preventing abuse.
• Improving our services and user experience.

Audit Runs

Each time an audit runs, a short internal notification (the audited page address, page type, overall score and time) is sent to a private Telegram chat used by our team. We do not store the full report; results are shown to you in your browser.

The Action Plan Request Form

When you submit the Action Plan Request form, your data (name, company, email, phone number, notes, and your audit result) is sent to Telegram and saved in an internal Google Sheets spreadsheet, both used by our team only to manage and respond to your request. This data is not shared with any other third party.

Cookies & Analytics

The Tool does not set cookies of its own and does not currently use advertising or tracking analytics. The Tool loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them, and Google receives technical data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Your browser or our hosting provider may also process technical data as part of normal web delivery.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party. Apart from the internal tools described above, information may be shared only in the following cases:

• When required by law or in response to official requests.
• With your explicit consent.
